JYP Update

Hey Guys,

Just to let you all know, we just got back from Nashville TN, filming 2 more music videos from the album, The Price, just for you.  Which ones?  “Betta Beware” and “Meetin thy Maker.” These 2 videos will be the last of the album, and we pray they will magnify the truth and expose the ungodly in their ways.  We should have these, and the videos we filmed a month prior, edited and done by early next year, which should make 2010 another jam-packed, eventful year!

I just keep thinking of the mission we have before us, and how much we have done as a ministry and as a band, and to be honest with you all, we aren’t satisfied.  There is so much to do and to fight for that everywhere you look, there is some kind of oppression going on to you the people.  It’s everything from music to the newspapers, filling your head with lies and defeat, fear, and questions which only lead to godlessness, and ungodliness (1 Timothy 1:4).  It’s deceptive and its wrong and we are tired of it!  They are responsible for the lies that they promote, and we need to stand up and expose it.  But the charge is not only laid to them, it’s also you.

Do you do all that you can to stay away from this garbage?  The Bible says that “And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts” (Galatians 5:24).  2 Corinthians 6:14&17 says, “Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion hath light with darkness? Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.” Also read Ephesians 4:22, Colossians 3:5, and so on.  I can keep going on and on. 

I sing only the things that are on my heart, and things that I know the people need.  Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners and like the Apostle Paul said, “of whom I am chief”.  I know that in me dwells no good thing and outside of Christ I am worthless.  He is my strength and standard, and I only can preach the things that He has done in me.  He gives life to those who have none.  When you know and see that you are a transgressor of His holy Law, and you can’t attain to who He is, Christ is the resurrection life to make you as He is. There is only 1 choice: life or death; and I’ll tell you from testimony, sin (transgressing God’s law) will only bring death, sooner or later.
